PANKOW SAFETY HOURS

Pankow Builders is a Southern California based general contractor with offices in Northern California and Hawaii. Pankow Builders have built some of the most beautiful and modern high-rise buildings in San Francisco, Oakland, LA and Honolulu. With a need to promote safety and retain and reward valuable employees, Pankow and Parle collaborated on a safety incentive program based on the amount of hours an employee works safely throughout their career in working on Pankow jobsites. Various quality and high-end items were selected as rewards.

The photos and descriptions are placed on a Pankow On-Line Safety Store, where the project managers can order the items specifically for their crew based on the individual’s safety hour record. Many of the items are inventoried and fulfilled by the Parle Team.
